Our apartments

Located a 4-minute walk from Playa Nueva Andalucía, B51 Executive Flats Marbella offers a terrace, as well as air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi.

Each unit comes with a sofa, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with free toiletries. You can also relax on the terrace and take a dip in the hot tub available for our guests.

Important information

· The deposit to leave as a guarantee is 500 euros, which will be returned upon departure when it is verified that the apartment is in the same condition as it was reserved.

· To check in and receive the keys, please go to the reception of Hotel B51. Reception is open 24 hours. Check-in after 15:00. Check-out before 12:00.

· Events and parties are strictly prohibited.

· Loud music may not be played or any activity that may disturb neighbours may be carried out between midnight and 8 a.m.

· Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

· Damage caused to towels and bed linen due to stains (hair dye, fake hair, tanning, etc.) incurs an additional cost of €15/towel, €35/sheet or duvet cover.

· An extra charge will be made for cleaning if deemed appropriate.

· The administration reserves the right to exclude any person from the property if the rules are not followed.
